Most people quit Pilates the second the shaking starts. 🫨

They think they are weak. Out of shape. Doing it wrong.

But the truth is, those shaky moments are usually the exact moments where the body is learning the most.

Movements like Tree challenge balance, flexibility, posture, and control in a way most workouts do not.
Not through fast movement or heavy weight, but through patience, stability, and intentional movement.

That is why Pilates can feel humbling and empowering at the same time.
The body is not failing.
It is adapting, strengthening, and learning how to move better over time.

At @keypilatesfrederick in Frederick, Pilates is about progress, confidence, and building strength in a way that supports the body long term.

If you’ve been wanting to try Pilates but felt intimidated, this is your reminder that everyone starts somewhere.

When I look at these photos from our trip to Peru they tell a heart warming story of 12 people coming together with their hearts open and ready to embrace a new experience and grow from it.

Every smile is genuine as every person in our group was full of joy and wonder. There was a general feeling of gratitude not only for the experience, but for the time spent together.

We all agreed, our time together in Peru changed us all for the better and words cannot begin to express how amazing the entire experience was. ♥️
