Another special project installed!
Massive custom extension dining table,
handcrafted by Designs by EG LLC.
From 10 feet to an impressive 17 feet long, this table required a tremendous amount of engineering, precision, and craftsmanship. And the best part? One person can open and close it with very little effort!
Seeing it installed and working perfectly makes all those hours of hard work worth it.
We’re grateful to be part of this beautiful project and can’t wait to see the entire space when the talented design team brings everything together!
A huge thank you to @erinsander and
Designer: @brookerbonner for trusting us to bring this incredible dining table to life!

Sometimes the best paths are the ones you notice along the way.

Just off the approach to the front door, this side path offers a quieter glimpse into the landscape beyond.

Another special project completed
At Designs by EG LLC!
This massive custom extension dining table is made from Rift White Oak with beautiful brass details throughout.
A lot of work went into this one. From the construction of the legs and base to the entire extension system, everything had to be carefully planned and built to work together.
The table goes from 10 feet to 17 feet long, and even at this size, one person can open and close it with very little effort.
It takes a lot more than a good mechanism to make a table like this work. There’s a lot of engineering, and hours of hands-on work behind it.
Really proud of how this one turned out. Ready to ship!😎

Special thanks to @erinsander

The last details make all the difference.
Putting the final touches on this massive custom dining table at Designs by EG LLC.
Installing the last pieces of brass inlay into the tabletop. Everything has to fit just right, especially around those corners. It’s the kind of work that takes patience precision, and a lot of attention to detail.
After all these years, this is still one of my favorite parts of making custom furniture. Seeing everything come together.

Special thanks to @erinsander
