✨Did I cry watching Mufasa and listening to the song “We Go Together”? Yes. 🥹🦁✨

“If you wanna go fast, go alone... but if you wanna go far, we go together.”
It all makes sense now. Global Running Day means something completely different to me than it did a few years ago when I started running again. As many of you know, I’ve torn both of my Achilles, and by the grace of God, I learned how to run and walk, and eventually return to my sport of gymnastics.
My last few years of training for races were spent alone. I honestly thought training by myself was the fastest and most efficient way to do it. But this year, I have experienced the complete opposite.
This year, Global Running Day means family. 🫶🏾
I’m so thankful for my run city fam that always brings the vibes! God is so sweet, and I couldn’t be more thankful for this community. Yesterday‘s race was a huge challenge, but the goal was just to go out there and execute. And that we did... we got a new 5K PR!! 🎉🏃🏾‍♀️💨
I encourage you this year to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. One day you’ll realize it was the piece missing from your life or your current season.

Hard to find the words for tonight…
So grateful for this family.
We laid some things down today and ran together.
Community like this fills me up and I’m so grateful to be raising our babies with them. We are definitely where we are supposed to be.

This week at @weareruncity ! Thursday started with a lesson on stretching ourselves because stretching is not a reaction to growth; it’s a requirement for it. We are stretching our faith, obedience, discipline and mindset.
We then ran up 12 South for a mural run.

On Saturday, Run City took on the @dairydashrace where several of our 33 runners ran their first race ever, 6 finished top 3 in their age groups, and our cheering squad brought joy and encouragement to everyone on the course!

I’m so grateful for @weareonecity for making groups that create real Christ-centered friendships and growth like this possible!

I am my ancestors' wildest dreams! 🎓✨

2.5 years of hard work! Times I was in church crying trying to figure out how I was going to get through the semester but God carried me!

I'm thankful I followed the path God set for me to attend TTU! Having the opportunity to study abroad in South Africa was a dream—something I never imagined I'd do in a master's program!

I learned so much about myself and what I want out of my career as a future HR professional! Thank you to my family and friends who have been my #1 supporters through this journey! Cheers to whatever's next! 🥂

Fitness is more than just staying healthy—it’s about building community, creating bonds, and celebrating wins together. 💪🏾🚴🏾‍♀️ Today I taught my second class at @crunchpriestlake and having my friends there made it so special. I love how we support each other!

After class, I headed to @studiofire.nashville with my girls, and then grabbed lunch with Ash. Most of the amazing people in these photos are friendships I wouldn’t have without fitness bringing us together, and for that I’m so grateful. 🥰

Tonight was my 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣th ride @cyclebarmarylandfarms! Every milestone is special but reflecting on this one, I can't help to think how blessed I am to have formed community with so many great people. This one place has completely changed my life. It has improved my mental health, my physical strength and I've done things here that I never could have imagined I'd be able to do. Coming here is like a field trip every day🤣
So cheers 🥂 to 250 and many more to come! Enjoy the various pics of me and my sweaty friends 🥳🤣😍
