A former International Student Ambassador, and tourism certified pro, Eri of @yycpromoter now dedicates her time to assist and actively guide her clients to help achieve their goals in overall health, not only to reduce pain and discomfort in their body, but to help manage the pain with aftercare each tailored individually. She is a strong believer in mind/body connection, healing hands and its benefits. Her passion is to promote self care routines and self love/ compassion. This wellness enthusiast works alongside with naturopathic doctors and is always striving to learn new skills and to gain more knowledge so she can share and motivate, inspire others to transform their lives. She specializes in Shiatsu- trigger points, TMJD release, Sports Massage with Deep Tissue followed by MLD- manual lymphatic drainage, pre/postnatal, kids massage and hot stone therapy. Currently undertaking Cranial Sacral Therapy Level 1 this year and planning to become a certified holistic nutritionist in the near future. “My newfound motto is called Ubuntu, an ancient African word meaning “I am what I am because of who we all are” of which is translated to “the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity” It refers to behaving well towards others or acting in ways that benefit the community as a whole. A sweet & savoury food baby: brunch 🐒 If there’s something that I do pretty often during the summer, it’s brunch. Friends come home, the sun is out l and brunch is the easiest thing to do to catch up and have a good time. @monkibistro would be a good choice for everything sweet and savoury. They have things like reverse French toast, chorizo poutines, fondue and bennies ✅ @monkibistro did not disappoint and all I can remember were those crispy potatoes 😍 we were also able to share our dishes and when in doubt between choosing sweet or savoury, just pick both 😏 .
