5 years ago, Erik and I stood on this same cliff, with no idea what life had in store for us.

Back then, we were dreaming about travelling, about the van, about everything we wanted to experience… and somehow, we made it all happen.

In these five years, we’ve travelled across Europe, met incredible people, reconnected with friends and family, and even grown our little family with Ragnar 🐾 We’ve both grown so much in our careers too...still figuring things out, still working towards where we want to be, but enjoying this journey!

Some say five years isn’t a long time but when I look at everything we’ve lived through, it feels like a whole lifetime of adventures.

And it doesn’t feel like we’re done neither, it feels like we’re just getting started 😌🫶

The Art of Kung Fu | Cinematic Short Film

Here’s a special project I’d like to share with you all… when Erik Krasovskis got in touch with me and explained the creative project he had in mind, I was really excited to take part. We had a great time filming in some astoundingly beautiful locations.

The full video is 3-4 minutes long and I wrote the narration myself. It comes from the heart. I hope it inspires you to overcome your fears and welcome challenges. You can watch it on YouTube here:

Thank you @erixvoid (YT: @erikonframe) for the great collaboration, it was an amazing experience!
