But for now ! Something from yesterday!! I wrote to sum up the day

Currently sitting backstage for finals and I truly have no words for how full my heart is.

These last 15 weeks since May 2 have been everything. Cardio, steps, food, posing, workouts, sleep — I didn’t miss a beat, and regardless of what happens next, I am SO proud of myself for showing up and seeing it through. 🤍

But this sport is anything but solo.

To my coach, family, friends, clients, and my people — thank you. For the voice notes during cardio, the books and podcasts, the check-ins, the support, the understanding, the cookies, the backstage yapping… all of it. I wouldn’t be here without you.

This weekend, these people, these vibes — more than I ever could have imagined. I have met the most incredible people and my heart is so full. 🤍

And getting back on stage this time felt different. I wasn’t trying to become someone I wasn’t. I stepped on stage as the person I had spent the last two years becoming.

And I felt that.

When “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” played as I stepped on stage, I knew my guardian angel Grandpa was there with me too. 😇🤍

Summer Shredding, thank you for being the celebration of these last 15 weeks — and honestly, the last two years of my life and everything that has occurred

I truly couldn’t have asked for more.

Now let’s bring this home. 💕

Some memories wait for the right time to be shared.

I was scrolling through my gallery today and found this.
It’s from our film shoot in Cuba.

We went there with scripts in hand, lines to learn, and a hundred things on our minds. The days were long, the heat was real, and the work was nonstop. But in between takes, between setups, between “action” and “cut” — we made memories.

This reel was captured by our director sir @abbhinavsrivastava . He saw moments I didn’t even notice while we were filming. The laughter after a tough scene. The quiet on set before rolling. The way the light hit Cuba differently every evening.

Life got busy after the shoot. I completely forgot to post this. But watching it now, I realize some things aren’t meant to be rushed. The film ended. The shoot wrapped. But the feeling stayed.

That’s the magic of filmmaking. You go to tell one story, and you end up living another one too — with the cast, the crew, and the place that hosted you.

Cuba gave us more than just a location. It gave us this.
