MVMT HOUSE PILATES — GRAND OPENING ✨

We’re opening the doors to MVMT House and celebrating with an afternoon centered around movement, wellness, community, and some incredible local businesses. 🤍

We’ll begin at 11AM with an opening circle led by Dr. Justyn Bonomi, sharing cacao and setting intentions for the space. Justyn will also be offering ear seeding throughout the event- tiny seeds placed on acupressure points to carry your intention after you leave. As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine having over 14 years of sacred practice, we are honored for have her join us!

Come meet Dr. Tori Long of Hawai‘i Longevity & Regenerative Medicine. Their approach combines personalized naturopathic care with modern longevity and regenerative therapies to support energy, recovery, performance, healthy aging, and overall wellness. Services include IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, functional lab testing, and regenerative medicine.

Flying to these islands, I expected nothing more than a regular shark diving experience. What I found was something entirely different. Coming face to face with tiger sharks humbled me in ways I never expected, even texted my mom after telling her that I feel like i just saw God. It was a heavy reminder of how powerful nature is and how small we are. As I hope most would know, they’re a crucial component for the balance of ecosystems, but what i didn’t know was how important they are within the cultures that have lived alongside them for generations. In many places, they’re looked at as gods and guardians, deserving respect rather than fear.
