Most practitioners don’t need another qualification, they need greater visibility. You need to learn to communicate, market your expertise and build relationships because people can’t hire the practitioner they’ve never heard of.

The conversation around Al is happening across every industry, including ours.

Some practitioners are worried Al will replace them, I think there is great opportunity and they’re asking the wrong question. AI can generate workouts, meal plans, content and analyse data in seconds, but it can’t build trust, understand the individual, challenge limiting beliefs or hold someone accountable. It can’t replace experience, empathy or human connection.

The practitioners who thrive over the next decade won’t resist Al they’ll learn to use it to become more efficient, deliver a better client experience and spend more time doing what only humans can do.

Don’t compete with Al. Learn to coach with it.

How are you using AI?

If we hosted an AI expert led masterclass would you be interested?

So, what actually is UNTIL...?

Really, it depends who's asking, but that's the point.

We've spent four years trying to find one sentence that covers it...

So here's our attempt at explaining it properly.

What we are, why we built it, and why 500+ practitioners across 50+ disciplines have chosen to build their businesses with us.

Back in the day I was booked and busy, Fifty in-person hours a week, I thought that was success but It was burnout.
When you’re that deep in it, you can’t see the business. I had to reduce my hours, get my pricing right and Look at the business strategy as a whole.
Sometimes the business needs you out of it.

One-to-one coaching is where most careers start but doesn’t have to be your ceiling, two people who have pivoted from coaching and inspire me massively are @harryjamesonpt and @adrienne_ldn

Harry has built @pillarwellbeing who integrates high-performance wellbeing into refined living and hospitality settings.
Adrienne went from coaching to advising global brands on how to reach a wellness audience with @part.two.agency

Connecting with others and being inspired by their journeys is another key pillar of Whealth Clubs peer to peer networking opportunities.

If you disappeared for a month, would your income?
For most coaches it would, they’re still exchanging an hour for money and should start thinking about residual income streams like online coaching, group or corporate wellness programmes that run regardless. The income doesn’t stop when I do.
Diversifying revenue is something you’d learn about building within Whealth Club.

Every client who walks through the door starts with aesthetics, whether it’s lose weight or build muscle.

Once you’ve hit that, what’s next?

Aesthetics gets you in, what keeps you coming back is a goal that means something.

Same with business.
