And showing up for yourself in the gym is one of the most powerful ways to do that.

It’s not punishment. It’s commitment.

It’s choosing growth over comfort, strength over doubt, and self-respect over self-neglect.

Every rep, every set, every drop of sweat is a promise to yourself: I am worth the effort.

No one can do this for you. But the beauty is, you don’t need them to. With intentional action. With showing up. With becoming the version of yourself you’ve always known you could be. You teach yourself what unconditional love feels like.

How do you define confidence?

The dictionary says:

A feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.

For most of my life the above definition seemed impossible to me.

This Photoshoot with the lovely @esaslens (only person that can get me to be myself in front of a camera) is an ode to 16 year old Laura who never believed she could ever feel beautiful or worthy of unconditional love.

My faith in God, my family and this job… have changed that for me.

These pictures aren’t about vanity, they’re about showing how loving yourself from within can reflect on the exterior.

I am more than just my appearance..

I am

Ambitious

Hardworking

Kind

Fierce

Intelligent

Brave

Loyal

Loving

Passionate

Driven

Perseverant

Lately I’ve been doing intervals on the Threadmill and I actually like it more than running on a Threadmill.
• 30 seconds walk
• 30 seconds push
• 30 seconds run
• Repeat 5-7 times.
My clients know how hard this is but it does the job.

A DAY IN THE LIFE! ♥️

Let’s be honest here, none of my days look the same…

However, all of them are full-fling .. even the really hard long days!

I feel extremely blessed… my prayers are answered every day, and every day I show up for myself another blessing comes my way.

I am surrounded my equally hardworking individuals that motivate me to keep chasing my dreams.

I didn’t think I would ever reach the point where after working 14 hours I would still want to keep working!

Everyday is exciting AND stressful… haha

I feel more driven and passionate than ever.
