Rollin around at Calgary skate week. What a great week it was a ton of fun seeing and hanging out with everyone! Its was amazing to see how much variety Calgary has in the terrain it offers in its pathway system. Seeing so many people having fun and trying out The Lounge was also pretty special as well! Can't wait for next year if you missed the first two you have to make it to number 3!

Blood Sweat and Tears

Over the last 2 years I've put almost everything into one singular goal, putting every second every day into pushing myself to the limit. This wasn't easy, I do not recommend it, but I'd be wrong to say I didn't love every second of it.

Thanks to everyone who supported me, I've been reached out by so many of you to talk about fitness, and hear all your journeys, let me just say if a 280 Lbs guy addicted to crutch wrap supremes could do this, so can you. The total amount I lost was 115 LBS in just over a year with on stage weight being 162 LBS

This was a major success. Finished 5th out of 8 in a super competitive debut class. Very happy with how I finished, and excited to say I'll be competing again in the future, with the goal of finishing top 5 in the open next show. There is so much room for growth and I can't wait to see what the future has in store!

Thanks to a few special people:

@liam_danyluk :you were the only person who could say you were there every step of the way. You started this movement, inspired me to be better every day, and saved me when things went south many many many times. my success is your success and I hope I made us proud. Love you buddy.

@jay_blore37 : my coach who found me in the middle of a bulk prepping for a show 1 and a half years out weighing 250 lbs, I don't do this without you. Thank you for every piece of advice you provided me, and thank you for being there helping me achieve my dream. If any of you wanna do this, please reach out to Jason. He's the best coach out there.

Others who inspired and assisted this journey (tagged)

You guys gave me the energy I needed to succeed. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I promise every workout I learned something from all of you and I fed off of all the effort you gave inside the gym and/or out. I look at you for inspiration every day and I promise you that you motivated me to be better every day.

Can't wait for next year, and can't wait for the next amazing journey life has 💪
