Max Effort Jumps

In order to have proper jump mechanics, you have to learn what "high effort" actually is.

Stuff like sprints, jumps, dynamic effort lifts, even high effort singles require a ton of motor unit recruitment at a really rapid rate. Until you actually have a reason to put in high effort (measured, clearing a high object) you don't have much context to how it actually feels

Without any feel of high effort, your rhythm and timing is totally skewed too. Knee extension will happen too early, and will make for a much more inefficient jump

Measure jumps, do loaded jumps, mix up variety, don't overthink it, and have fun with it
