@ficm @docsmx @cinetecanacionalmx @netflixlat

🤯 WTF OFF, READY TO TAKE OFF? OFF certainly lives up to its name: this is where we leave the beaten track far behind and venture into the strange, the absurd, the unsettling and the delightfully unclassifiable. On the programme: an impossible mission, a quantum jump, forests inhabited by strange creatures, a quest to find Uranus, mountains shaking, the undying pain of existence… and a few other surprises that might be better left undisclosed. 👀 From Switzerland to Japan, Mexico to the United States, eleven short films and eleven different worlds playing with conventions, techniques — and our nerves. An unfiltered selection, sometimes dark, sometimes hilarious, often WTF — exactly as promised. 💥 #Animatou2026 #WTFOff #Animation #AnimationFilm #AnimatedShorts ShortFilm ExperimentalAnimation IndependentAnimation WeirdAnimation CinemaAnimation GeneveCulture

ARS ELECTRONICA x FRANCISCO CAROLINUM. Linz Linz Linz and I won't be able to be there in person 😕. But hey, my work will be! -----👉 Thrilled that my work "TIPTOEING AROUND THE VOID" is screening at @arselectronica this week as part of "Prix Ars Electronica Animation Art Screening / Ghost Stories: Negotiating Between Worlds". 42 Francis Bacons vs. 8 AIs. No peace in the afterlife: A dead painter rants against AI. Naturally, I made it with AI. 🖤 Thank you, Ars Electronica, especilally @juergenhagler and his team for giving this contradiction a screen. 📍 JKU medSPACE, Linz · September 9, 10, 11 & 13. -----👉 PLUS Francisco Carolinum is showing my work in its exhibition "3 Blockchains, one Collection". @fc_linz has been collecting blockchain-based art for years and I am happy that some of my NFT works ("Monologues of the Forgotten Twin" and others) are part of it. 😃 So happy about this. My short at @arselectronica Linz! The film will be screened as part of Ghost Stories, September 9-13, alongside works by @boriseldagsen , @wendiyan, @esesteban and Naomi Noir. It will also continue internationally through the Ars Electronica Animation Art Screening ON TOUR. This festival already meant a lot to me when I was a student, so I’m especially happy to join the conversation around “Negotiating Humanity. See you there! #futurelab #arselectronica #creativeai #innovation #aifilmmaking

Estamos perdidos… Pero ya estamos en camino a encontrarnos.
