My first time at the AANA conference was pure success. We learned new skills, accepted scholarships, met amazing people who quickly became friends, woke up way too early and went to bed way too late. I’m still recovering from all the fun. I have never had this much fun at a conference. EVER. This makes me even more excited to be part of this amazing profession. Another successful conference has come to an end! 🥺 Attending conferences this year, in my eyes, has been so helpful for the next steps in my career. They have allowed me the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and connect with mentors who offered valuable guidance and support. I’m so grateful! This experience at AANA, overall, reinforced the power of community and the importance of showing up for your goals.

I am leaving Nashville with a renewed sense of purpose and excitement for the future. In the United States, Hispanic CRNAs represent approximately 4% of the profession and I cannot wait to add to that number! 👏🏽🇲🇽

Attending the conference was a truly transformative experience that left me feeling inspired, encouraged, and with a heart full of gratitude.Surrounded by passionate individuals, thought-provoking speakers, and powerful stories, I found myself reignited with purpose and clarity. Every session seemed to speak directly to my journey, offering insights and connections that felt both timely and deeply meaningful. The energy in every room was contagious, and I walked away not only with new ideas and tools, but also with a renewed sense of hope and motivation to move forward boldly. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of community, vision, and shared purpose.
