When people look at a business a few years later, they often see the milestones.

The revenue numbers.
The photoshoots.
The collections.
The team.
The customers.

What they don’t see are the hundreds of small moments that quietly built it.

Starting with ₹20,000 and wondering if it was enough.

Doing things yourself because there wasn’t another option.

Packing orders late at night.

Learning things you never thought you’d need to know: GST, packaging, photography, sourcing, logistics, pricing, websites, hiring, inventory and a hundred other things.

Making mistakes.
Fixing mistakes.
Starting again.

And perhaps the hardest part of all - continuing to believe in something before there is enough proof that it will work.

Building a business isn’t one big decision.
It’s thousands of tiny decisions made over years.
It’s showing up on days when nothing exciting happens.
It’s solving problems no one sees.
It’s continuing, even when things feel uncertain.
I don’t think people build businesses alone.

There are customers, karigars, suppliers, family, friends, teams and people who support you along the way.
But there are moments, especially in the early years, where the responsibility feels very personal.

And that’s why every milestone feels personal too.

If you’re in your beginning phase right now, keep going.
Small starts have a funny way of becoming something much bigger than you imagined. 💛
