LURESET team social 🎣🏴‍☠️ A couple of weeks ago we gathered up the @lureset_uk team and headed to Nottingham town centre for a day out fishing the river Trent. Our goal for the day was simply to have a good day out, catch up and do a bit of fishing... Any fish on the bank was a bonus! We did also hold a friendly competition with small prize and a punchy target of filling a card of 1 perch, 1 zander and 1 pike. No one filled the card on the day but we did have a winner in the end... More on the winning fish coming soon... Despite the struggles to fill the cards, it was a great day spent catching a few fish and having a few team beers 🍻🎣 Onto planning the @lureset_uk Christmas social next! 🎄🎅 #lureset #teamlureset #lurefishing #perchfishing #catchandrelease

Great day out meeting the @lureset_uk team on the River Trent 🌊 Fishing was pretty slow all day, however I did manage this lovely perch on a Jika-rigged @nikko_baits 2.4” craw 🦞 – a small profile bait with super buoyant claws meaning it can be fished extremely slow and still give off loads of action 💥 Perfect for staying in that small strike zone as the weather gets cooler and the fish group up in tighter shoals 🐟🐟 @lureset_uk 📸 @fishingbyr Rod - Tsurinoya OG dexterity 🪄 Reel - calcutta conquest bfs ⚙️ lure - @nikko_baits 2.4" craw 🦞 (jika rigged) #lurefishinguk #bfsfishing #riverfishinguk #perchfishing #specimenfishing

Once upon a time in #londontown 🇬🇧 The right spot, at the right time with the right conditions and, of course, the right lure. A solid hook set and it can only end up in the net! As my friend @alextheangler_adventures says no need to make it over complicated! Do you agree? #streetfishing #finntrailfishing #gomexusfishing #londonnews

Absolute tank of a balkan brown ⛰️ Spotted him sitting in the shallows, swapped to a black SG mayfly on a 1.5g jig, drifted it straight into his path, and the water exploded 💥 #trout #browntrout #lakefishing #fishing #nature

🇬🇧 After a long break due to the heatwave that hit Europe and notably England, the water in our London rivers has cool down significantly, and it is now reasonable to head back out to hunt for pike in the city! #streetfishing #esoxlucius #urbanexplorer #gomexus #finntrailfishing
