I feel incredibly grateful to have SCAR III — I Endure as part of this year’s @1000vases selection in Paris.
Artists from around the world, with different practices and perspectives, brought together in one place by people who genuinely care about art and continue creating spaces for it to exist.
Being here feels particularly meaningful right now. There is something powerful about seeing so many people continue to make, gather, share ideas and create beauty, even when the world around us feels uncertain.

Matter gives form to what we feel, becoming a language of its own and opening space for meaningful conversations.

So happy to have my work here.

Thank you @1000vases, @espacecommines and to all the artists and designers for sharing so much love through your work. ✨

Estoy muy orgullosa de que SCAR III — I Endure forme parte de la selección de @1000vases de este año en París.

Artistas de todo el mundo, con trabajos y perspectivas diferentes, reunidos en un mismo lugar por personas que realmente creen en el arte y siguen creando espacios para que exista.

Estar aquí es especialmente significativo en este momento. Hay algo muy poderoso en ver a tantas personas seguir creando, reuniéndose, compartiendo ideas y generando belleza, incluso cuando el mundo a nuestro alrededor se siente tan incierto.

La materia da forma a lo que sentimos, convirtiéndose en un lenguaje propio y abriendo espacio para conversaciones significativas.

Gracias a @1000vases y a todos los artistas y diseñadores por compartir tanto amor a través de su trabajo.

SCAR III — I Endure, de NON-FRAGILE, formará parte de 1000 VASES Paris.
Esta serie nació mientras atravesaba un proceso personal de transformación. Cada objeto es una cicatriz: conserva la huella de una ruptura y da forma física al cambio.
Llevar NATER a París es muy especial para mí. Es un paso más en este largo camino con un proyecto que me permite explorar mis propios límites y seguir investigando algo que está en el centro de mi práctica: el poder de la materia para transformar el significado, en un momento en el que gran parte de nuestra experiencia se vuelve cada vez más intangible.

SCAR III — I Endure, from NON-FRAGILE, will be part of 1000 VASES Paris.
This series was born while I was going through a personal process of transformation. Each object is a scar: it carries the trace of a rupture and gives physical form to change.
Bringing NATER to Paris feels very special to me. It is another step in this long journey with a project that allows me to explore my own limits and continue investigating something at the heart of my practice: the power of matter to reshape meaning, at a time when so much of our experience is becoming increasingly intangible.

We are in Paris, truly happy to be here.

Looking, listening. We have already made friends with shopkeepers. Found our corner bistro. Spent time in galleries.

Last night, there were helicopters. What you are seeing in the news is what we are seeing here. And there are many reaching out to one another, hands on shoulders, eye contact, compassion and care.

I look forward to being in the presence of these artists. If you are in Paris, please come in.

From my hands to Paris. 🤲🏼🇫🇷
There is a quiet, profound, kind of joy and bringing a peace to life and knowing it’s heading somewhere so special.
I’m so deeply honored to share. The two of my vessels have been chosen for @1000vases in Paris since October. To see my work sitting in the same space as so many international artists I admire feels overwhelming in the sweetest way.

La vente aux enchères anniversaire des « 45 ans du TGV » entrera en gare ce dimanche 27 septembre à l’Espace Commines, dans le Marais à Paris !

De grands artistes et designers ont été chargés par la SNCF de détourner le mobilier du TGV en de véritables objets de salon, leur offrant une seconde vie. Des objets vintage des premiers TGV et des photographies de grands photographes accompagneront ces créations.

Un pari audacieux qui s’accompagne de bien d’autres surprises : du 25 au 27 septembre, une exposition gratuite accueillera les visiteurs : objets emblématiques, archives, simulateur de conduite, réalité virtuelle, jeux, lectures et dégustations précéderont les premières adjudications par Me Christophe LUCIEN.
