FINALLY! Mexican street food in Terrigal that’s absolutely bursting with flavour, colour and personality!

Lucky enough to attend the soft launch of @pickled_cactus_taqueria and OMG, I’m obsessed!

🌮 Quesabirria tacos with rich, slow-braised beef and dipping consommé. INCREDIBLE!

🌽 Corn ribs. An absolute must!

🔥 Buffalo chicken wings. Another favourite!

Plus al pastor pork tacos, Baja fish tacos, loaded rice bowls, fabulous margaritas and house-made salsas and pickles!

The new venue is fabulous, the food is a feast for the senses and I’m already dreaming about going back for the Mexican charcoal chicken and yellow rice!

Josh and Laura, congratulations! You’re absolutely crushing it! 💌

Today I met Josh and Laura the founders of @pickled_cactus_taqueria at @esplanade_terrigal • I was a little bit jealous that they invited @cakesbykyla for the soft opening and not me, despite the fact that I’m from @perhapsyouneedalittleguatemala however they officially open in the next couple of days and I’ll be here drinking and dancing 🕺
