🍂 A Little Space to Slow Down… As autumn deepens, nature reminds us that we don’t always have to keep pushing, striving or holding everything together. Join me for Shamanic Kundalini Yoga at the beautiful Pink House, where we explore breath, movement, meditation and deep relaxation to reconnect with ourselves. This week’s practice, Safe Enough to Surrender, invites us to soften, let go of the need to control everything and trust the wisdom within. ✨ No experience needed ✨ A welcoming, supportive space ✨ New faces very welcome 📍 The Pink House, Durley Wellness, Horndean 🕡 Monday evenings at 6.45pm Come exactly as you are. 💜 Spaces available – message to book your place or via the link in comments Vicky | Essence 144

Perhaps this retreat isn’t for everyone. Perhaps Something in your life has shifted — or perhaps nothing obvious has changed at all. Maybe you’re craving some space away from the noise of everyday life. Space to reconnect with yourself. To be on the land. To sit in circle. To move, breathe, create, laugh, rest and perhaps remember a part of yourself that’s been quietly waiting for your attention. You don’t need to be experienced in yoga, shamanism, ceremony or anything else. You simply need to feel the pull. 🌿 Preparations for Avalon Awakening are now almost complete and our beautiful circle is formed. But rather unexpectedly, there is still one room waiting. So I’m leaving the door open for one last woman who perhaps wasn’t planning to come to Avalon this Sunday… but reads this and feels something stir. 27–29 September • Little Earth, Glastonbury If you think it might be you, message me. ✨

UNNATURALLY SUPERNATURAL There’s a building I know well where something rather curious has been happening. Over time, several people have independently sensed the presence of a young boy — in the same part of the building, without knowing what others had previously experienced. And then things began to disappear. A smoky quartz crystal vanished. On another occasion, a bloodstone disappeared from the same room. Small things. Perhaps easily explained. But when they sit alongside the experiences of people who have independently sensed the same presence in the same place, it becomes a little harder to dismiss. So rather than speculate, we’re going back. Soon, we’ll be conducting a proper investigation of the building — observing, listening, recording and seeing what, if anything, presents itself. No assumptions. No predetermined story. Just curiosity, an open mind… and whatever we find. We’ll report back. 👀 Welcome to Unnaturally Supernatural. #paranormal #unexplained #ghost #phenomenon

Last night’s Shamanic Kundalini Yoga practice at the Pink House, working with the element of Air 🌬️ Being the Hollow Bone was an invitation to soften our grip, surrender the outcome and allow life to move through us while remaining rooted in ourselves. I’ll be sharing the practice online tonight. Join from anywhere in the world 🌍 Message me if you’d like to join us 🤍

✨ Essence of Rest ✨ Today, this room became a sanctuary. A soft place to lie down, let the outside world fall away and be held by the steady heartbeat of the drum, guided rest and healing sound. There was nothing to achieve. Nothing to prove. Nowhere else to be. Just space to breathe, soften and allow the body to remember what true rest feels like. Thank you to every beautiful soul who trusted me enough to enter this space. It was such a privilege to hold you. 🤍 I’m sorry to those who missed out this time, but I’m delighted to say we’re already organising another Essence of Rest date. More details will be shared very soon. ✨ Rest is not something we have to earn. It is part of our healing. It is how we return to ourselves. Essence of Rest — more than relaxation, a journey home. Meet Vicky Coventry, founder of Essence 144 (@essence_144) “My path has woven through Reiki, ancestral healing, shamanic practices, meditation, intuitive development, and energy work. Along the way, I discovered that true healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who we have always been beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation, and inherited patterns. SKY has become a beautiful part of that journey. Through movement, breath, mantra, meditation, and deep rest, I have witnessed profound shifts within myself and others. It offers a practical yet deeply spiritual pathway back to balance, vitality, and inner wisdom. My classes often weave together SKY Yoga, meditation, breathwork, deep relaxation, energy awareness, and intuitive practices. While grounded in the SKY teachings, they are also influenced by my experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, circle facilitator, Work Your Light Coach, experienced space holder and mystic. My hope is that everyone who joins me leaves feeling more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with their own truth.” ♥️♥️
