15 years of agency/ distributor conferences - from Vegas to Marrakech. And yes they were a lot of fun. I mostly came back with a notebook and a hangover though 😂

None of them left me inspired to want to do more or be more. So watch this space - exciting stuff coming ✨

✨ A little wellness upgrade for my clinic & home ✨

Absolutely loving my new dōTERRA products that the lovely friend and client, Olya introduced me to.

I’ve been using dōTERRA Air + Wild Orange together in my NEOM diffuser and they smell SO lovely together. Fresh, clean, citrusy and uplifting 🍊🌿 I’m using them both in my clinic to create a gorgeous welcoming atmosphere for clients, and at home too alongside my NEOM products.

🌿 dōTERRA Air has a fresh, minty, eucalyptus-style aroma and is designed to create that lovely clear, refreshing feeling.

🍊 Wild Orange is bright, sweet and citrusy. I absolutely love it for making a room feel fresh and uplifting. The two together are 👌🏼

I’m also loving the dōTERRA On Guard Hand Sanitising Mist. I use hand sanitiser CONSTANTLY between clients, and recently I’ve become much more conscious of the ingredients in everyday products and the amount of unnecessary chemical exposure we have.

Since getting our air purifier at home, I’ve been gradually looking at what else I can switch or simplify, rather than just accepting everything I’ve always used. The On Guard spray has been such an easy swap and smells so much nicer too. 🤍

Thank you Olya for introducing me to dōTERRA. I’m genuinely loving these and will definitely be exploring more! 🙏🏼🍊🌿

(And my NEOM diffuser and NEOM wellbeing products aren’t going anywhere either… still obsessed! 😂🤍)

На одной конференции я услышала такое определение: feel and look the best of me today (буквальный перевод «чувствовать и выглядеть лучшей я сегодня»).

1. Microneedling is regenerative; tiny needles, controlled injury, your skin responds by making its own collagen. You're working with your body's natural process, not bypassing it. As a health coach that distinction matters to me.

2. Microneedling has zero toxins + post-treatment your skin is so much more receptive to what you put on it. Your whole routine works harder.

3. Botox targets movement-based wrinkles. Microneedling works on texture, pores, tone, scarring - and areas botox simply can't reach. Neck, décolletage, around the mouth. A completely different tool.

4. Botox depletes and needs constant topping up. Microneedling gets better session by session. Much more my approach to things generally - consistency over time, not a subscription to looking okay.

5. I'm lucky, I don't get too red for too long. But I still follow recovery religiously and slow down for at least 48 hours. No actives, nothing harsh, just letting my skin do its thing. For someone who's always doing something, that forced pause feels surprisingly good.

I'm not an expert but I've found what works and I'll always tell you what I've actually tried, because there's a lot of noise in this space and most of it is trying to sell you something.

Save this if you've been on the fence about it. 👇

8 pure essential therapeutic grade oils from doTERRA applied gently to your back, head, hands and feet.

Balance & Lavender to create CALM.
Tea Tree & On Guard to CLEANSE AND PROTECT
AromaTouch blend & Deep Blue to SOOTHE MUSCLES
Wild Orange & Peppermint to INVIGORATE

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The AromaTouch Technique relies on a dual-pathway mechanism combining tactile sensory communication (human touch) and olfactory pharmacology (essential oils) to regulate the autonomic nervous system.

✨Watch any stress or overthinking melt away…
✨Breathe in the blissful blends.
✨Go deep into a parasympathetic “rest and digest” state

DM me the words Aroma Touch and your preferred day/time and I’ll book you in.

Over the last few months, I’ve made some intentional changes:

✨ I stopped running because it was leaving me feeling exhausted and instead focused on strength training alongside Pilates.
😴 I prioritised sleep and recovery.
🌿 I created calming daily rituals, including diffusing Balance essential oil while I sleep and Geranium throughout my home and Pilates studio.
🚶🏼‍♀️ I walked more, slowed my mornings down and spent less time feeling like I always had to be “on.”

When I repeated the scan, it suggested:

🤍 Improved stress adaptation – my body appeared to be coping with stress more effectively than before.

⚡️ Improved metabolic resilience – the scan suggested my body was under less metabolic stress, with better overall balance.

🌱 A shift in priorities – instead of suggesting my body was heavily focused on detoxification, it indicated more balance, with digestion and immune resilience becoming a greater focus.

I can’t say that one habit caused these changes, and I don’t think that’s the point.

For me, this was a reminder that looking after ourselves isn’t about doing more. Sometimes it’s about slowing down, listening to our bodies, and making small, consistent changes that support our wellbeing over time.

Have you ever had a moment where your body made you realise it needed something different? 💚

Speak to @essentialedge.uk to test out Zyto, and potentially just help you pay more attention to what your body needs.

With love, from Florence xxx
