Finally made it to Pusadee! Been on my list forever, and it did not disappoint. The place is gorgeous, and the courtyard seating makes you feel like you left Pittsburgh entirely. We ordered as much as we could, and still wished we had room to try more. The lamb shank and the 17 ingredient salad are two of the most talked about dishes in the city. @pusadeesgarden
- tom yum goong soup - shrimp durnplings, hot and sour lemongrass broth, mushrooms
- khao yum - 17 ingredient mixed salad, tamarind dressing
- yellow curry with roti sweet potato, shredded chicken
- massaman curry lamb shank, potato
- Kee mao pan seared scallops, grilled shrimp, fresh pappardelle, spicy kee mao sauce, pork oil
- Mango w/ sticky rice, and coconut milk ice cream

Did you know five U.S. presidents slept just 22 minutes away from Morgantown?

We took a group trip up to the historic Hopwood House, built in 1816. Located right on the historic National Pike, this place is absolutely dripping with history. The inside still features original architecture, including actual gun ports.

The building is now home to The Hopwood House restaurant, a casual dining spot with an extensive cocktail menu, and an amazing patio space. We ordered a bit of everything to try as much as we could, and everything was really good. If you are looking for a dining experience that feels casual yet elevated, this spot is worth the drive.

Somewhere between the deadlines, responsibilities, and busy schedules, it's easy to forget what really matters. Being present. Making memories. Spending time with the people you love. Finding joy in the little things. 💗
