If you’ve ever taken a heels class from me, you’ve likely heard me share why I love teaching heels: I want to empower women to fiercely and unapologetically take back ownership of our bodies.

More than half of women in the U.S. have experienced abuse by a stranger, friend, family member, or intimate partner. (45.1% have experienced SA and 52% have experienced DV)

When it comes to heels, people often view it as blatant objectification—and an invitation to slide into DMs. But what if it’s instead accepted as a bold ✨reclamation✨ of our own bodies?

That’s the kind of heels I’m aiming for💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽

Those who view it differently could take several seats 🪑🪑🪑

So excuse me while I choreograph in my room at this late hour. The reclamation has to start somewhere. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Kat's Floor Flow Workshop ✨

Thank you to every dancer who showed up, challenged themselves, and shared the space with us. We love seeing dancers of all ages and levels come together because dance truly is for everyone.

Floorwork is more than movement—it's confidence, technique, flexibility, self-expression, and empowerment all in one.

Videos have been edited and sent out 🎥 We hope you love them as much as we loved having you there!

And yes... Kat will be back. 🫶✨

Still smiling thinking about this class 🤍
Thank you to every single one of you who came out to my heels choreo class. It was such a beautiful, intimate vibe and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group.

My biggest hope is that you all walked away with a little sparkle, feeling a little sexier, a little more confident, and a lot more connected to yourselves ✨

I’m so grateful for each of you. Can’t wait for the next one 👠
Special thank you to @essencedancestudio for sharing your space with us 💕
