I love mindful cooking because when I am overwhelmed it brings calm to my chaos.🧘‍♀️💖

Literally, everything about the culinary experience transports me to a happy, peaceful, place filled with gratitude and joy.🧘‍♀️🥰🫶💚

Is this because it engages all my senses in an actively, creative, meditative state of mind, body, and soul? Or because it’s motivational “me time” that keeps my hands and mind engaged in a positive task for hours?😌

For me, the answer is yes, to both!

I also love creating my own recipes too, which is why finding inspiration from my fellow foodies is part of this deeply personal and beautiful experience.🥰

So, I want to say THANK YOU to these wonderful Tastemakers and their delightful dishes that have brought me many hours of mindful happiness. Tagged below!👇❤️
