welcome to allta part 1.

in the restaurant we cook a 12 course tasting menu inspired by the seasons, irish ingredients and house made flavours.

this month alongside some beautiful wild seafood, we are embracing the forest and game season.

your experience starts in the lounge with a cocktail, crafted from our fully irish bar and a snack inspired by our new seafood bar, allta na farraige.

walk through our new glass installation by @studiogameiro and @martinho.pita.studio and take your seat.

for menu’s and to book go to our website x

introducing our very own @estebanboavida

originating in paris he moved to dublin in september and joined allta’s new cocktail team with erin @erinpadillaaa and alan @whycantidoitright . a rising actor he wants to experience ireland first hand ahead of his new film project and it just happens he also makes a mean cocktail.

watch as he takes us through the apple highball, our newest addition to the menu, based around the incredible skills of mark jenkins @thecidermillslane and his wares.

total pleasure to have you as part of the team esteban🫡

Last shoot day at @alltadublin for the year, gotta say I’m really lucky to have the chance to work with such amazing people, learnt a thing or two, and developed some relationships at the same time. Now into the deep editing grind for the rest of the year, hope you all will like what I have in store 🫶🏻
