The energy this time was unmatched!

The most beautiful part of all this is seeing people genuinely happy to be part of something good.

And somehow, every time, it gets a little more special. ❤️

Thank you @belle.air.cyprus for making this one possible. 🌅

I’ve never been this nervous before a cleanup 🥴

So many things could have gone wrong, and I genuinely had no idea what to expect.

But looking back, I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Days like this remind me that all the stress, planning and sleepless nights are worth it.

A massive thank you to @belle.air.cyprus for making this event possible and to everyone who came and made it such an unforgettable day 🙏

Cyprus, you never disappoint ♥️

Massively excited to announce that 9 Waves Sauna and Ice has found its first permanent location at the iconic Kahuna Surfhouse.

We originally set up there so people could try the saunas for themselves ahead of the yoga and sauna event we held in September. But the reaction from the Kahunians was so inspiring that we decided the tents should stay.

The sauna experience is now becoming something Kahuna’s kitesurfers, regulars and visitors can turn into a weekly ritual.

And honestly, Kahuna could not be more perfect for the kind of sauna culture I’ve always wanted to bring from Ireland to Cyprus.

People coming off the water. Kites being deflated. Others still out on the waves. The sun going down. Music coming from the bar. Kids playing. Puppies and kittens running around. The ever-present wind. And the sound of water hitting hot stones, infused with fresh mint picked right there at Kahuna.

A meeting place.

A much-needed ritual.

Like-minded people smiling, sweating, cooling off in the waves at dusk, and discovering something that feels like it belongs there.

Thank you to everyone who came, tried the saunas, and loved the experience. It means a lot.

We’re starting with just a few slots, but DM me for private bookings and keep an eye on the WhatsApp group for new sauna slots coming online regularly.

This is just the beginning of building the 9 Waves sauna community at Kahuna and beyond.

Strong bodies. Strong minds. Strong creators.

@heatwave.world presented The Sculpt Class that brought the energy to the Creators Weekend Retreat, with a full-body session designed to challenge, strengthen and get everyone moving.

Because Creators Weekend wasn’t only about panels, workshops and content. It was about stepping away from the screen, connecting with each other and doing something good for ourselves too.

Another great moment from an unforgettable weekend.
