This is an appreciation post! @esthersmith_ you are one of a kind! As I continue this journey I am forever grateful to have you as an anchor. You hold me down spiritually and for that I am thankful. I can tell you ANYTHING and you never ever judged me. All you did was pray! And your prayers for the past 7 years have been carrying me through. That day 7 years ago when you told me to bring Reagan to @purposelifechurch for them to pray for her before her brain surgery will forever be in my heart. The day I walked into your daycare you made me feel safe! And in me feeling safe I knew my child was safe. You were always more than Reagan’s daycare provider. You were her Aunty Esther!! I love you Esther. I appreciate you.

If anyone told me I would be my Pastor’s makeup artist I would’ve laughed. BUT GOD! God is so merciful. God is so good! Thank you @ladysharese for believing in me! A special shoutout to @esthersmith_ for always saying my name in rooms even when I’m not around. It’s because of you Pastor Sharese knew my name! And you see my @ladybysjw shirt!!

And to those who will say something about the lipstick. It is hers🙄. I love buying my First Lady new lippies when it’s time to do her makeup!

There is something special about GOING UP with people you love.

Eating at the Table of Freedom TOGETHER.

Find a tribe and CONQUER at all costs. And if you don’t have one, pull up to my church 😉

Loving my @purposelifechurch and @thisisfreshoil sisters 🫶🏾✨🔥❣️

When I embarked upon this makeup journey I can now confess that I didn’t think I’d be really good at doing other people’s makeup! I invested in a class with @heynelli and gained a little confidence! Then @esthersmith_ saw I was doing makeup and IMMEDIATELY told everyone “Nikki is a makeup artist” lol. And thats when it all started happening for me. This woman of God believed in so much that she then told our First Lady @ladysharese that I can do her makeup for New Years Eve service. I was SHOOK!!! Let’s just say how I ended 2023 is what set the path for 2024! Thank you Esther for believing in me and thank you Lady Sharese for trusting in me! And thank you @jb.santoo for capturing so many amazing moments for me! Best videographer!!!
