There’s a lot of noise in our industry right now. Employees versus employers. Freelancers versus salons. Big businesses versus small businesses. Everyone comparing, competing, judging and questioning whether they’re doing enough or better than. 🤯 And I’m finding myself wondering, when did we become so f*cking focused on what everyone else is doing? My own definition of success has changed more times than I can count. As I’ve grown, learnt more about myself, navigated business ownership, led more people and helped others build their businesses, and along with that what I value has evolved too. Things I once thought were the ultimate measure of success, I now feel indifferent. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And if you’ve got ambition (just like me), please, f*cking go for it. Dream BIG, take the risks, fail, learn, adapt and try again. But please don’t forget to stop, look around and appreciate how far you’ve already come. You can want more and still be bloody proud of what you’ve built. Success is never a one size fits all. It changes, just as we do. 🧡 Your version will look completely different to mine, and that’s the true beauty of it. We need less comparison. Less competition. More compassion. More genuine support for people building the lives and careers that make them happy. Cause guess what doll? There’s room for all of us. There always has been! Entree is a space for people to come together around a table. It creates an opportunity to pause, be present, share ideas and stories, and have the kinds of conversations that can genuinely shift something. It’s about connection over networking. Meeting people, learning from them, being inspired, and discovering more about yourself in the process. At its heart, Entree is about community, conversation and the power of being in the room. We would love to see you there 🤍

What a night. Business is hard enough without doing it alone. That’s the whole reason this table exists. Thank you to our speakers, for bringing their stories @gloss.creative @caityparkerr @jade.ingleby @thewardrobe_edit Thank you to the people who made the room feel the way it did,@clothandconfettievents @esthetic.events & to @mantonscreek , for the table itself. To our hosts, for pulling it all together.
@leah.j.regan @camille.agency @kelseyatcamille @byalexmorabito And to our sponsors @mane.haven @the_style_squad @editorialhausstudio @mantonscreekestate & @baseaesthetica for your donations. If the room agreed on anything, it was this: happiness isn’t the reward for getting there. It’s the reason to get going at all. Next table’s already being set. Stay tuned! 📸 @capturedby.alamaras #betterbusinessserved #entrée #founders #businessevent #foundermindset

So yeah some of you may remember I mentioned #MatteGoldPhase3 coming soon a little while back - we made an announcement on LinkedIn this week about what’s next for our little business Matte Gold. In an effort to keep pushing forward and building on our extensive knowledge and staff skill set we’ve taken on distribution (as well as branding of course) of the GoVino (USA) Festival and Event polycarbonate glassware brand. Distributing across Australia and NewZealand, #GoVinoOceania The product is already well known and used throughout the wine industry but as you can imagine - we are here to only make things bigger and blingier! So that’s what’s up! Thought you’d like to know - if you know ANYONE involved with F1, AusOpen etc etc - #HitMeUp
