The wobbles, the falls, the laughs, the exhaustion and the absolute DELUSION. 😂😭🐆

Beyond grateful for these amazing women, everyone who supported us and everyone who helped bring Welcome to the Jungle to life.

The memories we made along the way are just as special as the final product. 🖤

What I love the most is…dancing is for anyBODY & everyBODY.. All are welcome to dance, feel good in their own skin, feel sexy & to learn something new!

That’s a wrap! 🎬

Onto the next project 👀???
Whose in 👅???

Before all the fun of filming, there was the work.
Rehearsals, foundations, technique, repetition & a whole lot of ass shaking 😂

When I say this course dragged through the middle of the year… it dragggedddd!
We had quite a few hurdles business wise, conflicting schedules and personal tings as life lifed!

However watching these women bring this choreography to life week after week was everything.

🦋Beginner Wednesdays🦋
Have a officially kicked off 😍

This one’s for the newbies, those who are rekindling their love for dance, those who haven’t danced in a longggg time and are genuinely scared to jump back in and for those who have been dancing week in and week out but need to tighten up and correct form & technique (let’s do that together 😮‍💨) 🤍💙

What better way to kick off than with this Destinys child banger!!

Newbies and a few OG’s we had a great time reconnecting with the foundations! & welcome to the new gals 🤍💙 we are excited for you !

Next week we are jumping back to floor work for a sec but don’t forget it is BEGINNER….so my girls who have been messaging to start sensual heels classes this is for you !

See you Sunday for normal classes… or next Wednesday for another Beginner class 🤍💙

🍑 01.08.26 BEGINNER TWERK WORKSHOP 🍑

The “I don’t think my ass does that” workshop 😂😭

We went alllll the way back to basics….learning how to bounce, shake, whine, isolate & actually understand WHAT we’re moving before putting it all together with some choreo 🔥

But more importantly, creating a space where women can let go, laugh, hype each other up & learn without feeling judged 🥹

Taught by a Jamaican gyal, with culture, context & respect at the heart of it 🇯🇲

Safe to say… the asses DID in fact do that 😂🍑

01.08.26 Beginner heels workshop 🎊

Honestly yes I know… I need to do more beginner workshops… I’ve done a few twerk ones but this was my first heels one & it was sooo goodt.

Going allll the way back to basics… foundations & technique explored was sooo necessary!

We started with some ice breakers & bubbles; then into a few games.

We broke EVERYTHING DOWN from Head to toe (literally) and then learnt choreography based around these movements !

The support, the connecting and the hype is sooo important for women 🥹 & im just so honoured to be able to provide that space for yall

So do I do another beginner heels workshop?
