Labelbase highlight #1

"LabelBase has become a core tool in the way we work.

It’s a CRM built by and for independent labels, and you feel it immediately in day-to-day use.

Everything is finally centralized in one place:
– demo submissions, with the ability to accept, reject, or give clear feedback
– accepted releases, with a clean and fully centralized follow-up of artists, managers, artwork, mix, masters, stems, and master & publishing contracts

The electronic signature system is extremely secure and very easy to use, replacing several external tools on its own.

For artists, the dedicated portal is a huge plus:
they can clearly see the status of their tracks (rejected, accepted, in feedback),
and whether a track is for sale, sold, or simply archived.

The result is total clarity for everyone — artists, labels, managers, and partners.
You always know exactly where things stand and what needs to be done.

LabelBase allows us to replace multiple paid tools, reduce operational costs,
and most importantly eliminate double handling and manual tracking that wastes a huge amount of time.

Another very powerful feature is the ability to generate highly visual playlists directly from the catalog.
This is extremely useful to:
– share musical references with artists
– pitch and sell catalog tracks to clients, labels, or agencies
– quickly present a catalog for sync opportunities

What truly makes the difference is the reactivity of the team.
We exchange a lot with Antonin,
and feedback is taken into account very quickly:
when a specific need arises, features can be added or adjusted in record time.

You really feel that the product evolves hand in hand with its users, not in a rigid or closed roadmap.

Honestly: for an independent label today, LabelBase is a no-brainer."

Some tracks don’t need words.
They just need the right moment.

We’re playing this track from the view of our living room 🎶
The perfect place to stay inspired every day,
with this view over the Provençal Alps 🏔️

When the scenery feeds the music,
the emotions come naturally.
