The writing on the jacket is a small comment on the spectacle
a circus
a bloody circus
The free red carpet gives a stage
to say something here
The red carpet is meant for 'the chosen ones'
a symbol of glamour
a symbol of hierarchy
But what about genuine people
Actors and filmmakers are deeply respected
There is real art in it
The message is not about them
It is about the ugly machinery of celebrity culture
But even more about the system we live in
A system that decides
whose steps deserve a red carpet
and whose never will
And it does not just mean the carpet
Sadly, the thing being decided
is a human life
Perhaps truly remarkable humans
deserve their own carpet
Something different from red
And yes
the video is upside down
just like the system
.
Massive appreciation to @stakowicz_music for this amazing wÖw track. Pure energy !

🌐 Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women 🌐

This photo is from a performance I once made dedicated to this topic. I literally decorated this top with the words 'PROHIBIDO EL PASO', which means 'Forbidden to pass'.

Every third woman in the world experiences violence. Рhysical, psychological, sexual, economic, or even digital. This is not someone else's problem; it’s our collective responsibility.
If you or someone close to you is experiencing violence — you are not alone.
Support and help exist, and it’s important to speak up.

Let’s work together to create a world where every woman feels safe and respected. Let's use our art to speak up and make the difference 💪

Every year, around 20 billion pairs of shoes are discarded worldwide, with most ending up in landfills. Sneakers made from synthetic materials like polyurethane and rubber take 30 to 50 years to decompose.

Reducing consumption and recycling sneakers can significantly decrease landfill waste and cut down on the carbon emissions generated during production. Instead of throwing away old pairs, consider recycling them, donating to charity, or opting for footwear made from recycled materials.
