2026 started with a bang at TCSC, with an incredible 172 members earning their spot in our Committed Club for the month of January. This completely blew our previous record of around 150 members out of the water and set the tone for an exciting year ahead. The level of consistency, commitment, and energy in our community right now is inspiring, and we can’t wait to see what goals are crushed and milestones are reached as 2026 continues. 💪🔥 What is required to make our monthly Committed Club? 12 Classes Requirement: complete 12 classes per month.

Kelp shenanigans. We love free veggies. Sea veggies, no exception. The pickles turned out better than they had any right to be, and yes, I sealed up the jar and packed it home. Dried... leaves? as well as a couple other dried species came home with me too, in case I feel brave enough to experiment with later. I can see why they should be harvested earlier in the year though. #kelp #pacificocean #foraging #seafood #kelppickles #campbellriver #islandtime #beachstuff #wildfood #bullkelp #bullkelppickles

We took our Saturday TEAMWOD on a little field trip! With the gym hosting the Burgener Strength course, we loaded up some gear and hit the park for a morning sweat. Perfect weather, solid vibes, and a great team energy all around. Might have to make these outdoor WODs a summer reoccurrence !🌞💪

TCSC Committed Club, what is it? ✨ 12 Classes Requirement: Members now need to complete 12 classes per month (instead of 15 check-ins). Open Gym check-ins will no longer count for Committed Club but will still apply to JUSTSHOWUP levels. ✨ Why the Change? Twelve classes per month—averaging three per week—is a similarly realistic and impactful goal to stay consistent and connected to the community. Group classes are the backbone of TCSC, fostering camaraderie and energy. The Committed Club’s purpose is to enhance that connection and participation. ✨New Away/Travel Policy: You can now earn Committed Club check-ins while traveling by doing one of our workouts (Class WODs or any of our NOW! Programming options) or dropping into another coached group fitness gym. Share a photo and a brief summary in our members-only Facebook group to stay connected while on the go! Everything else about the Committed Club is pretty much the same! Get on the list for January and make 2025 a great (and consistent) year of fitness!

Congratulations 🎉 to TCSC Kamloops’ latest member, @eteteris for hitting our “1000 Level” in our #JUSTSHOWUP program! This means they have done at least 1000 workouts at TCSC Kamloops (for some, it doesn’t even include dates where “checking in” wasn’t enforced and before we had our gym software keeping track!). We are very proud of these members for sticking with us for so long and being an integral part of our community. 👏🏻 Elise Teteris FIRST JOINED TCSC IN Match 2021 FAVORITE MOVMENTS? Clean & Jerks, Bench Press, Rope Climbs LEAST FAVORITE MOVEMENT? Wallballs, Wall Walks, OH Squats WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE “BENCHMARK” WORKOUT? Mt. Peter (TCSC Benchmark) Every 30 Seconds for 20 mins complete 1 Power Clean I love these types of benchmarks workouts TCSC has created. It allows me to take my time and focus on the movement and work on form. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT DOING 1000+ WORKOUTS WITH US? Amazing! Going to the gym and seeing continued progress is highly motivational. WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK? There is always something I can get better at and always a new goal in sight. The community makes it easy to come every day and I love my gym people. They’re the best! WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TCSC? The obvious answer is all the amazing live-action shots that the gym takes and posts on social media, but personally I would have to it’s the people.

✨ T H A N K Y O U ! ✨ From the bottom of our hearts, we extend our sincerest thanks to each and every one of our members for being the heart and soul of our gym. Together, we've created something truly remarkable—a place where friendships flourish, dreams are realized, and aspirations soar to new heights. Thank you for making this journey possible, and for being the beating heart of our extraordinary community.  This weekend we got together to celebrate our community and their accomplishments with a fun evening of trivia with @tremendoustrivia. We had the honor of recognizing the remarkable dedication and unwavering commitment of our top 20 members with the highest class attendance for 2023. 🏆 11th Elise Teteris 12th Erin Gray 13th Ocean Porterfield 14th Trevor Rimmer 15th Justine Rogers

The ANNUAL Committed Club. 15+ Attendances for each and every month of a calendar year. These custom gold edition shirts symbolize a year of commitment, hard work and community. We consider this a "gold standard" - a consistent commitment to #JUSTSHOWUP and get the most out of what we offer. It's not an easy thing to do, but anyone can do it!

One of our longest tenured members who happens to have an iconic sense of style inspired some of the early morning crew to dress up as him today. They also intentionally showed up to class late. #JEFFYB 😂
