S We showed up Thursday night, painted a bunch of triangles. I told myself, I would like to get some star photos from inside of the Dome, I ended up taking a lot of Random time lapse photos and playing with different settings for the camera. The sound system, the fire spinners, all of the performers, the workshops, I can't express enough the level of gratitude I feel to have such a beautiful community and a beautiful event available to us here in Northern arizona! Thank you all!!

I need to make a good tag list, there's so many people to thank!!

Transformation loading… 🌲🤍✨

After 2.5 years of van life and travels, I’ve officially settled back into AZ. I am growing some roots in Flagstaff with @etflowhome, a city dear to my heart and where I used to retreat to on the weekends to escape the Phoenix heat.

Ecstatic for this new chapter and the expansion that will come with it . Furnishing a house after getting rid of most of my belongings in 2023 has been a journey that will go on for a bit… It is really starting to come together though 🙂🎉🩵

Celebrated @etflowhome ‘s birthday down 30 miles of dirt road to the most remote campsite on the rim of The Grand Canyon. This was a much needed break from unpacking and setting up our new house!

The way my @chromatic_flow fans also matched the canyon 💖>>>

Who am I going to see at @southwestflowfestival 2026?! 🩵

✨ I’m SO excited to announce that I will be teaching TWO workshops at SWFF this September and performing in the Friday night Instructor Showcase ✨

📅 September 18–20
📍: @thegatewayranch (Flagstaff, AZ)

Workshop info:

*workshop times could change *

🔥 Palm Torch Fusion: Foundations & Choreo
SATURDAY • 2:45–3:45 PM

This workshop introduces the fundamentals of dancing with palm torches in the tribal fusion belly dance style. A juicy choreography will be taught that weaves together the movements explored in class. ✨

🦋 Transform Your Silk Fans into Silk Veil Poi
FRIDAY • 8:30–9:30 PM

*swipe twice to see an example of silk veil poi*

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to convert your silk fans into silk fan poi by securely attaching (provided) strings and hardware. I will guide you step by step through the process of measuring, gluing, and reinforcing connection points to ensure durability, balance, and safe spinning. Workshop participants should bring their own silk fans for upgrading, or purchase from the vendors onsite if applicable. A few movements & techniques will be taught while the glue dries along with recommendations for practice.

The poi attachments can be removed when needed. No prior crafting experience necessary.

I can’t wait to share these with you! Come learn, dance, play, and create a little magic together. ⭐️

“So I have stopped asking people for directions to places they’ve never been. There is no map. We are all pioneers”

My intention for this summer has been less events, dedicating more time to being in nature & dance training .

I am feeling grateful to have been able to catch 3 amazing movement workshops by @shaunanikles & @summer_ocean in SLC during this journey. My love @etflowhome drove out to Moab for a little weekend getaway. @1matalyn1 led a backpacking trip to my new favorite hot springs. Thank you @goodluckghostcat for hosting me in SLC and dancing Dancecraft together.

& wildflowers blooming in so many places along the way…
🩵🏜️✨

Big love to @1matalyn1 for being neighbors/ earthmates, traveling & creating with you continues to be a dream come true!
