CODA - Child Of Deaf Adults

I missed KODAWest (a camp for KODAs) last summer, and I noticed a significant emptiness in my soul. I knew I had to come back. I even emailed my new boss for options to ensure my return. This year really taught me that this place is more than a camp. It’s a home. It’s a safe place. I’m glad I found a community and family that encompasses my identity and I hope everyone in their own right can experience the same feeling.
