Happy 20th birthday to my firstborn — the one who made me a mom. ❤️

Somehow, the years have flown by way too fast! 20 years of memories, milestones, sports, concerts, laughs, proud moments, and watching you grow into the amazing young man you are today. Please don’t ever change you!

I’m so proud of you and I love you more than you’ll ever know. Here’s to 20 and everything still ahead of you. ❤️

Happy Birthday @ethan_flores_12 🎂🥳
Love you always.

It’s okay…they won’t break.
-
We have been running a conjugate system with ALL my athletes.
-
From the Junior High (slightly modified) to the college level.
-
We perform MAX EFFORT movements each week, each month, each year for both lower and upper body. Ranging in 3Reps to 1Rep maxes. Building absolute strength, the king of all strengths.
-
This type of method is backed up by thousands of pounds of volume work, speed work, and many other things. It only gets a bad wrap by those who do not know how to use it properly.
-
If you’re looking at this and thinking that it’s a good way to get hurt, then you must be too weak to be in a weight room anyway let alone a ball field.
-
Weak things break.

You’re either in or you’re out, there is no having your foot half way in the door.

That’s it.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the game of baseball. When the last out is caught the last 12 years of my life playing the game I poured my heart and soul into became nothing but a memory. Not another school I would rather have on my chest. Forever grateful for the group of guys. A true brotherhood. Thank you for all the coaches, all my brothers, thank you Marmion, and thank you baseball. It’s been one hell of a ride❤️

Words do not describe how grateful I am to be able to put on a Marmion uniform. I cherished every moment being on this team. Being able to practice, compete, and play was amazing but the guys made it more than just a game, it was a brotherhood. No one will ever understand the deep bond and connection that I had with these brothers. You guys were my inspiration to push myself everyday to become the best baseball player I can. Even though this is not the end of my baseball journey, these memories and guys will be with me forever. Thank you Marmion.
