It snowed, so naturally here we are. Praying for epic deep snow and the bluest of days so we can crush it out there with the homies 🤘🏼🤘🏼#alaska #hooligans

What a weekend at @ammcracing @resortalyeska Motor Madness. It’s poured rain all day, but the stoke was super high in spite of it all. Instagram only lets me post 20 photos at a time, but I wish I could post all of them. Congrats to all the racers who had the guts the enter, the course looked both challenging and greasy. Big thank you to @akfullthrottle for inviting me to shoot the event and giving me the loaner Titan to run around the course with. This is probably a lot of people’s last ride of the winter, so have a fantastic summer and we’ll see ya again next time the snow is flying.

5th ride of the year decided to do some hill climbs! Took 3rd place at Motor Madness. Big thank you to my crew that could make it happen and @ammcracing for bringing it back 🖤

35th annual Valdez Mountain Man Hillclimbs, spent 10 days in Thompson pass and accomplished a ton.

-Rode over 250 miles for fun with @ethan_trickey and 20+ different shredders
-Got Nathan and @culletonbrent out on the snow in what seems like forever
-Took @willie_bronson907 and @brian.bess24 to the back end of Deserted
-Completed a level 1 avalanche course with @soulrides and @alaskasaferiders907
-Raced hill climbs, hill cross and drag races
-crashed twice 😂
-Hyped up everyone I could to push themselves
-Gained probably 10+ race friends
-Built big fires and ate great food

Best part? I got to have @steffbarnett_ and the kiddos down there for 5 days, I couldn’t have done any of it without my better half handling the hard part before, during and after ❤️

Huge thanks to @alicia_lenze @explore_alaska_ @tacltammo, @tyclark_craglord for all the wonderful pictures, too many for me to post here alone.

Special thanks to @vdzsnowmachineclub and all the volunteers for putting on another stellar event that I look forward to now each year! Let’s run it back real soon 😎

I was fortunate to participate in an avalanche clinic recently in Thompson pass that was put on by @soulrides @alaskasaferiders907 and @sierrawintersmith . It was a great experience, I was humbled and learned a lot about safe snow traveling habits in a short amount of time. I can’t say enough good things about the clinic, and afterwards I wish the clinic would have lasted a week instead of a few days. I will definitely be doing it again next year if I can, and I highly recommend it to anyone at any skill level of anowmobiling. Here are a few photos from out scouting ride, assessing riding zones and current snowpack. A high point of the scouting ride was getting to witness Gareth with @valdezavycenter dig a pit and do a column test, and seeing his snow assessment flow. More photos from the clinic to come.
