Surreal to see four factory boys get drafted this weekend. Honestly, i don’t see it as some huge W for the factory. But it is a W for consistency. It’s a W for being a good person, it’s a w for surrounding yourself with amazing people, it’s a W for having big dreams. For years, I spent more quality time with this group of kids than I did my own family. I hope they all become big leaguers but for me the journey is enough. And the best part is, this core group ain’t done yet, more names will be called.

The Twins ended their first day of the draft by selecting 3 straight Right Handed Pitchers

Brett Renfrow a righty from Virginia Tech, had a career year this past season for the Hokies in the ACC

Ethan Wachsman, a high schooler out of Colorado is the number 1 player in his state for the class of 2026, and the 24th ranked RHP nationally and is committed to play for Wake Forest

Tommy LaPour out of TCU had a rough go of it this season for the Horned Frogs, but had a career low in innings compared to his two previous seasons. He was an excellent arm for TCU, and Wichita State the two previous seasons

The draft continues tomorrow afternoon
