First Things First!

I learned where I was going wrong and why my previous results did not reflect what I was expecting.

Started with the Basics
Incorporating at least 2 Strenght sessions a week.
Becoming more robust for future sessions to get the most out of my sessions, adapting to handling larger volume and more intensive work.

Concentrated daily on Prehab and Rehab Movements to keep me active and recover better from each session.

Relaxed more, took my rest days and some extra when life got in the way.

No mad science just using what I have been thought through self reflection of previous events and downfalls.

I know these simple changes and adjustments work because I have the proof 💨
