Every ending teaches you more about what you need for the future…

Another stellar run by the @midwesthalos National I Orioles Scout 2029s in Georgia for @prepbaseball National Championships!!

Studs went 5-1 earning 9th overall place out of 162 teams and they have a ton to be proud of!!

Big first weekend with the halos. Had a great weekend at the plate between 2 tournaments with 5 doubles 1 triple and 3 singles. Good weekend behind the plate too with 2 throw outs in the championship game. Back at it next weekend.

The arm shouldn’t create the throw.

The arm should stay loose enough to be moved by the trunk.

This drill gives athletes a feel for a cleaner upper-half sequence:

relaxed arm
rotating trunk
pec stretch
smoother layback into release

When the torso turns on time, the arm usually cleans itself up.

Relaxed.
Better timing.
Cleaner release.

When the sequence improves, velocity and command tend to follow 🧬
