@the_wolf_run 10K ✔️🏃‍♂️💙

Mud, obstacles, plenty of laughs… and a few moments of “why did I sign up for this?” 😂

But this was never just about running. It’s about using movement to create conversations, challenge stigma and help us understand how we can support each other.

One challenge done. One more to go. 💙

Live from the Grill, the incredible @meduulla and @ethanhillbeats 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Medulla is an alumni member of @youngidentitymcr. She has ran workshops on their behalf.

She also competed on Series 3 of @rapgameuk

An outstanding poet now working with @ethanhillbeats and bringing their talent together.

Check them out their latest album, Tabula Rasa 🔥🔥🔥

They’re both amazing talents from right here in Manchester.

Spinning @meduulla & @ethanhillbeats self-released record „Tabula Rasa“ today. 🔥

I absolutely love this record and had the chance to see them live @alte_feuerwache_mannheim last month it was a great show. This is a wonderful British hip hop album that blends warm and soulful rap with spoken words and an organic production.🎶

Absolute recommendation I truly love this one. And thank you so much for signing the record! 🎶❤️

Tsana… An artist that is world class and needs to be shouted about!

Her new single ‘Manifestation’ is out now and she took time out to chat about it, along with how music helps her own wellbeing and mental health.

The song that lifts her mood is revealed at the end of the video… 😜
Download the single, its perfect for this warm summer weather…

A bit more about @tsanamuzic

Tsana is Manchester’s songstress, known for her silky vocals, expressive runs and unmistakable soul-rooted tone.
Blending sultry R&B with a timeless, emotive edge, her sound nods to icons like Erykah Badu and Brandy while carving out a fresh, modern identity of her own.
Since her debut project Closure in 2012, featuring acclaimed producers Andrew Kingslow and BurgaBoy, Tsana has continued to make her mark across the scene.
After stepping back to embrace motherhood, she returned in 2018 and again in 2023 with a series of singles that earned support from BBC 1Xtra, BBC Introducing, BBC Radio Manchester,
Reform Radio and Unity Radio.
Her performance résumé is equally
commanding with appearances at
Manchester Academy and Indigo at The O2 Arena in London supporting legends such as Faith Evans, SWV and more…recently opening for Mica Millar at the prestigious Band on the Wall.
Tsana also contributed flawless backing vocals to Millar’s debut album Heaven Knows…

Highlights of the phenomenal return of @bluherfavcolor & @exile to @thejazzcafe 9.6.26

The show was opened by the brilliant @meduulla alongside @ethanhillbeats performing tracks from their stellar collaboration Album “Tabula Rasa”

The bars were tight, the beats banged and their overall presentation was captivating. They made an instant fan out of me and it was a pleasant surprise to see Meduulla be invited on to kick a fire verse alongside one of the all time greats when it comes to dropping some of the nicest beats and bars @parkypix

Now when it came to the Legendary west coast Hip Hop duos Blu & Exile. Who first came to my attention with their classic debut album
“Below the Heathens” when it dropped 2007.

Currently on a European tour promoting their latest offering and 4th official album “Time Heals Everything”
Exile really stood out as one of the all time greats a Producer, Scratch DJ, MPC soloist and Emcee.

Where as Blu remains word perfect and razor sharp on the microphone. The renowned West Coast rapper has over 20years of incredible displays of lyricism which should really have him in the discussion as one of the all time greats (Just saying the quiet part out loud)

His ability to continue create at such a high level should really be discussed more.

With that being said the Packed Out Jazz Cafe the crowd remained highly engaged on this 90minute voyage of Hip Hop goodness. Lyrically dense moments were followed up by Exile delivering some musical brilliance.

I for one was captivated throughout and eager to spin “Time Heals Everything” again after the show.
