Most people know what a director does.

Not many know what an Armorer or Weapons Safety Specialist does.

If a production involves weapons, they’re responsible for the safe handling, inspection, and management of every weapon used on set. Before a scene, they make sure everyone understands exactly what’s happening and that every safety protocol is followed.

The audience sees the action.

The crew sees the preparation that made it possible.
