💄Beauty. Vanity. A kidnapping. And one very important phone call.

A half-million-dollar ransom. A New York City subway payphone. One young woman under pressure—and absolutely nothing goes according to plan. 📞

THE LAST PAYPHONE IN NEW YORK is a darkly funny short film by Jared Evan and Taryn Brooke.

A story about beauty, vanity, desperation…and what happens when the perfect ransom call goes very, very wrong.

Last night, my neighbors and dog park besties @athena31 and @ethanmcdowell12 (who made this dope af video!!) asked what my top NYC moments had been. They are... the night Obama was elected, the night we finally got bin Laden... and now, the night the @nyknicks won the NBA Championship!!

What an incredible gift to a city that gives so much to the entire world!

We ❤️ you, NYC... and we ❤️ the NEW YORK KNICKERBOCKERS 2026 CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM!!

New York City has a pulse about it... makes that bandwagon pretty easy to climb up onto. Congratulations @nyknicks on the Championship! 🏀

In honor of today being the 3 year anniversary of when our series On The Run started rolling camera, I thought I’d share some photos from our time on the set of mastermind director, Isaac Stovall and brilliant producer Tabitha Jordan!

Today we are celebrating the great @actordougjones

Happy Birthday Doug! The Space Command family would not be complete without you! Thank you for all the laughs, warm hugs, and stellar performances!

Scroll through for some warm memories with Doug. You’ll find an Easter egg of a drawing of Doug as Goldie from the best-selling novel Magic Time, which will go into production as a series soon. We would be ecstatic to have Doug as our Goldie.

Words from @marc_zicree
“Doug is a brilliant and wonderful actor and person. It’s one of the great gifts of my life that he chose to know and work with me.“

It is absolutely a gift to know and work with Doug Jones.

Keep a lookout for his upcoming documentary @getmedougjones
