What a night. Thank you to everyone who came out, danced with us, and made our first Desperate Pleasures party of the year one to remember.

The music. The energy. The people. Everything we imagined and more.

This was only the beginning.

The pleasure never ends. 💋

Strength isn’t built in one workout.

A well rounded routine includes more than one type of training. It includes strength, cardio, mobility, recovery, and giving your body what it needs to keep performing at a high level.

Yesterday we loved welcoming the team from BFT West U for a curated recovery experience at Luxe, combining mobility, recovery, and cold plunge after a rigorous week of training.

Because stronger athletes don’t just train harder.
They recover better.

Thanks to our neighbors for spending the afternoon with us. Looking forward to doing it again. 💪

Balance isn’t staying perfectly still.
It’s making the adjustment and staying in it.

Gentle, done intentionally.

Slower pace.
Controlled movement.
Space to reset.

This is where strength gets supported.
