Summer 2023.

I was in Sonoma, California, planning my end-of-year travels. Where did I want to go next? Last year was Africa with the boys and Egypt with my mom. Year before that was Machu Pichu and jungle plant medicine with the boys. I knew this year had to be even more epic.

Back then, I ran calls for the company I worked with, teaching Eastern spirituality and how to apply it in Western life. It connected with a lot of people.

So that summer day, at a beautiful hotel, practicing one of the spiritual laws of success, I decided to create a program: The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.

Each week we’d introduce a new law and live it throughout the week to build unconscious competence. That’s the thread in everything I create. Slow installations over time.

After eight weeks, we did a 21-day abundance meditation together.

Then we went to Thailand.

We spent time in Chiang Mai. Some of us cycled 130 km to Pai. Some took the bus. We lived with monks, learning Vipassana. My second time with them. Then we rented a retreat house in Pai. Around 13 people came to that first retreat.

Since then, we’ve met every Sunday, all year. New people come and go. Some familiar faces have been here the whole time.

These pictures are from our latest retreat here at home in Medellín, Colombia.

Enter the Arena.

For the first time, we all donated together to a foundation. A small step in a larger DreamState vision.

I hope DreamState inspires even one person to see that you don’t need thousands of people to start.

You can start today. With five amazing people. Or even just one.

One retreat in 2024 was just three of us. Remarkably beautiful and intentional.

So whatever feels too big to start, whatever divine calling you’ve got, put one foot forward. Take baby steps. Don’t expect it to happen so quickly.

It’s a bit of a sickness of the West. What we see online makes us expect amazing things overnight. When they don’t happen, we quit.

But when you find something you really want to build, give it time. The process of getting there, and becoming the person along the way, is what makes it worth it.

I went to Colombia with zero expectations and honestly didn’t know much about the country and it’s safe to say I was completely blown away. Between the experiences, the conversations, the people, and the incredible scenery, this trip was one I’ll never forget 🇨🇴

Spent the week with an incredible group of guys for @ethantryx Dream State “Enter the Arena” mastermind retreat. We challenged ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. Explored Medellín, visited @cardenasjose1 foundation where we learned taekwondo with the kids and walked through the barrios. Spent a ton of time at one of the coolest rooftop sauna and cold plunge spots. I ran through the mountains of Jardín for a 12K race, learned how real Colombian coffee is made, and met some beautiful souls along the way.

I also brought my camera along and vlogged the entire @dreamstatelivin “Enter the Arena” retreat. Got out for a round of golf with Ethan too, where we filmed an interview. Excited to share both videos on @the__inkline YouTube channel and keep documenting the climb.

Five of us spent five days together here in Colombia, and on the final day, we all stepped into our own arena.

12K. 27K. 55K.

Different races. Different challenges. But every single person finished what they started.

Everyone took on their arena and finished it.

Proud as hell of everyone who came out here and chose to test themselves.

Thailand, you completely shifted my energy and human experience. The most life-changing, grounding, and deeply present trip I’ve ever had. Forever grateful for every single moment and the people I got to share it with. 🌱🇹🇭✨

Damn, life can be beautiful if you let it be ❤️‍🔥

The last three months in Medellín flew by like crazy:

> Dozens of new friendships I’ll cherish for life…
> Incredible new connections that’ll open doors…
> Top tier parties that made me forget the night…
> Side quest after side quest…
> Becoming (almost) fluent in Spanish…
> (a million other things)

And above all:

I built this from 0, from absolute scratch.

I proved to myself that this is a life I can build wherever in the world you’d drop me, in absolutely no time.

19 y/o me would look at me now, and think: DAMN, IS THAT ME?

And that feeling… is quite unbeatable.

And I think it’s time to share it with the world, because all of this is learnable.

No matter how boring your life might feel right now - you can change it all in the matter of weeks… ESPECIALLY if you’re making your income online & you can travel around.

And that’s why I turned my whole Medellín-journey in a case study, where I take you through all the steps I took to go from knowing 0 people in this new city, to having a network of 120+ people in only 6 weeks.
