👨🏽‍🍼 not a baby peeking in my window — wonder who the mother will be???

🪬🧿☀️❤️☀️🧿🪬— Today I woke up feeling existential, I have been studying the gap between physics & spirituality a lot & there’s something to be said about “Super position” this vibrating state of awareness where every possibility exists at once, things just kind of are… like nothing exists yet until it’s perceived. I decided to start with no intention no rhyme or reason just following a feeling but also somehow the answers are always here, and when we allow ourselves to exist in serendipitous being the universe composes this very deep & earnest love letter. I am grateful for the love received today —6/13 11:10

introducing the cypher social dance, this dance was created out of honor of the cyclical nature of life, the sun rises & sets, the moon comes & goes & the seasons are the same every year. I began codifying the cypher social dance technique last year while studying social dance at arthur murray dance studio. After about 8 months of building I was offered the opportunity to perform it with friends at deutsche bank in manhattan nyc in february and now I am ready to share it with the world & what better song to introduce it with than this one!! hahaa I hope you all enjoy learning & doing it with your friends 🤣🙆🏽‍♂️🤍

Funny how the songs that hold memories of the past, come to us as a reminder to be present in our future. This song is one that is near and dear to me no matter the version. Thank you @ethelover for allowing me the opportunity to perform at the @deutschebank for their annual BHM performance!!! It was a privilege pleasure to dance alongside @jstrong_334 ✨🤎

My greatest gift to myself has been a free mind, untethered & all mine… still on this day of independence, I choose to indulge in a dance, with my dear road not traveled
