I feel we are living in a time where many of us are longing for more real authentic human connection.

My new soul sister Jaira and I sat down at the beach here in Maui at sunset and had one of the most heartfelt and authentic conversations I’ve had in a long time 🩷

In this video, we explore:

✨ Authenticity & dropping the mask
✨ Why we are not machines — we are life itself
✨ Sacred sisterhood & feminine connection
✨ The healing power of being fully human
✨ New Earth energy & heart-centered living
✨ Vulnerability and intimacy
✨ The importance of expressing all parts of ourselves without shame

This was a natural and totally unedited conversation, that I am excited to share with you all! We allowed what was alive in the moment to emerge and flow naturally.

This heartfelt conversation is infused with presence, truth, realness, depth, and rawness in a world that often encourages performance, perfection, and surface-level relating.

May this conversation remind you:

You don’t have to hide your humanity. You don’t have to wear a mask to be loved. And your authentic expression is medicine for others too! 💯

Thank you for taking the time to tune in and watch this video on my YouTube Channel!!

The video is entitled, “The Healing Power of Authenticity, Sisterhood, Being Human & Vulnerability (Maui, Hawaii)” 😍🩷

With love from the Magical island of Maui 🌺🏝️🌈

WOMEN!!!!

Listen up 🦻🏻👆🏼

I’m not going to stay silent anymore

I will use my anger as a tool for my liberation and the liberation of humanity

WE HAVE TO STOP ISOLATING OURSELVES

We have got to stop jumping on here and watching everyone’s highlight reels or onslaught of information tell us how to live our lives

We need to come together more than ever

To enter into the safety of sacred space and reveal our hearts

To allow ourselves the space to be held and to hold

Through that tenderness we rise into devotion of our desires

We unite in our juicy and delectable power and we use that to co-create

WE RISE TOGETHER

No more lack, no more competition, no more trying to figure it out on our own

We surrender it all and allow the magnetism of our frequency + desire

To create miracles, to create ripples, to awaken a new way of being on this planet

The time is NOW ❤️‍🔥

If you felt something from this share
reach out to me

With a fierce heart~

I don’t have it all figured out

I don’t have it all mapped out

I don’t know a lot of things

I get angry, I get frustrated, I get shut down

AND

I am willing to learn from others

I am willing to find the next step

I am willing to practice being seen

In my humanness, my imperfect, my chaos

because I know as a feminine being

that my power comes from the ability to hold, witness, and steward friction in a way that is artful, tender, and ultimately liberating

I recognize the real work is actually practice

THATS THE WORK YOU ARE AVOIDING

Embodied knowledge is wisdom

Wisdom comes from experience

Experience comes from showing up

Showing up requires your time, effort, and money

No you actually don’t have to do it alone

In fact we are NOT MEANT TO

But you do have show up 🙏🏻

Comment “WOLF PACK” and I’ll send you the link to our community 🕊️🐺

Join our Unbound Wolf Pack 💫🐺

This is for you if…

You’ve been craving the softness and relatability of women

The power of vulnerability and care found in sisterhood

The reclamation of attunement versus control

The influence of welcoming versus force

The opportunity to allow your desire to lead the way

You crave the authority that comes from your heart and not your mind

You’re ready to take the pressure off of the men in your life and lean into the women who are ready to hold you

You want to build your capacity for friction by confronting the suppression of your voice and vision

Desire to be recognized for the energy you emit versus the work you put out

You want to lead from your body and your womb
