Is there a word for a music lover? Like foodie but music-ie? This summer was one for the books. @jason_mraz x2, @teddyswims, @actualbenfolds, @andygrammer, @walkofftheearth, @guster and to top it all off with the fairport music fest with all my local faves @jumboshrimpmusic @bbdang_band @dialup90sband. So lucky to be able to experience this all in one summer and share it with friends and family! Shoutout to my bff and ultimate concert buddy @sarafrandina 🫶🏼 What a summer!!!

GOT A PROBLEM? BE THE ANSWER. 🥊

Put your fists together and get to work at Fierce Boxing.

The second you step into the ring at Fierce Boxing, everything else gets left outside. The noise shuts off. The gloves go on. And for that hour, there’s only one problem in front of you.

🥊 Finding the sweet spot with your hook position.

It’s been a blast working with @robinnmarrie —she’s such a coachable athlete.

Palm down or thumb up? It’s situational. Palm down works great for a longer hook or wrapping around the guard. Thumb up/palm facing you can feel more natural at close range and gives you a great surface for digging into the body. Most importantly rotate your hip with rear foot pivot.

Try both. Feel the difference. Find your sweet spot. 🥊🔥

One thing I’ve learned in this boxing game: no one’s coming to save you.

No one is going to put in the work for you. No one is going to chase your goals harder than you.

It’s time to lock in. 🥊

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, sharpen your boxing skills, or compete, Fierce Boxing Company has a package for you.
