TDN celebrated #NationalVoterRegistrationDay on three different East Tennessee campuses yesterday, and we had a fantastic time engaging with young voters! When college students vote, they invest in their futures and the future of their communities.

Special thanks is due to Generation Action chapters at UTK, UTC, and ETSU for joining us, as well as the League of Women Voters of Knoxville/Knox County, Disability Rights Tennessee, CALEB - Chattanooga in Action for Love, Equality and Benevolence, La Paz Chattanooga, Indivisible TAG, Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi, and all of our volunteers for their support!

We are so proud of all of our Generation Action members who are graduating this year—so please join us in sending them a huge CONGRATULATIONS and wish them well on their bright futures ahead! 🎓️

Each and every Generation Action member works so hard to advocate for reproductive rights, share information and help folks access essential health care services, and educate their peers about sexual and reproductive health, and they proudly reflect Planned Parenthood's values every step of the way. We are SO grateful for their dedication and passion for our work and our mission. ✨️

Hats off to y'all, and cheers to your next chapters!

Today's student feature is Presli. one of our recipients of the Susan N. Rigney Scholarship! She is pairing her Exercise Science major with a WGSS minor, showing how versatile our program is. Presli is very active on campus as president and founder of @etsugenaction and a member of our honor society @etsutriiota. Congratulations Presli! #etsu #easttennesseestateuniversity #wgss #wgssetsu #scholarship

This week, we joined @tnadvocatesforpp supporters from all across the state to advocate for the rights of Tennesseans! We saw some familiar faces, made some great new connections, & were able to find joy despite all that is going on in our current legislature. We especially loved getting to connect more with our @utkgenact friends & can’t wait to collaborate more in the future!! 🫣So thankful for the community we are building each & every day 🌎🤸‍♂️🔨🌈🩷

GET EXCITED! We're hosting our Valentine's Fair on February 12th in The Cave from 11 am to 2 pm! This will be a great opportunity to connect with organizations on and off campus who are dedicated to every aspect of human connection! We might even have some special guests from outside the Tri-Cities 👀 Our guests will also be bringing FREE PLAN B and other freebies!
