Huge PR, only -5kg / 11 lbs under my competition deadlift PR for reps

First time deadlifting anything over 733 lbs, great way to finish the block. Next month will be the last block leading into IDFPA Worlds, BIG PR’s coming soon on the platform‼️‼️

Giving this one its own post
I haven’t deadlifted effectively in about 7 months after an ankle injury in the early spring.
Something has clicked the last few weeks and I feel back to myself.
Had probably the least optimal warm up going into this which made the weight move not as well as it should’ve, but this is still ~6lbs under my all time PR SINGLE for a TRIPLE!
1x3 @ ~623lbs
I WILL pull 300KG.
