Day 14 of Post It No Matter What.

Early workout. Trained clients. Costco run. More clients. Edited a video for Florida West Insurance. Recorded a podcast with my buddy Eugene Honrath.

Honestly, the afternoon wasn’t as productive as I wanted it to be. Got a little lazy, slowed down more than I should’ve, and felt myself wanting to skip posting tonight too. But that’s kind of the point of this whole series.

Not every day is perfectly disciplined or motivational. Sometimes you just show up anyway.

Day 10. No matter what. Woke up, got my workout in, trained a client, then sat in a VA group therapy session this morning.
For most of my life I did what a lot of us do. Bottled everything up, shoved it down and kept moving. Getting older has a way of showing you that’s not a sustainable plan.
If you’re struggling with something it’s okay to talk to people. That goes for veterans, business owners, or anyone just trying to figure it out.
This afternoon I’ve got a podcast with my boy Eugene, a few more training clients and a meeting to close out the day.
The mission doesn’t stop. But neither does taking care of yourself.
As always get after it 🫡

From Kitchen to Care: Bringing Food as Medicine to Life

I’m excited to share this powerful conversation hosted by CareATC presenters Sarah Peele and Gabe Kramer on how their nationwide employer clinic model is expanding impact beyond primary care through Food as Medicine.

This isn’t just about appointments and prescriptions.
It’s about pairing dietitian-led nutrition coaching with real, hands-on food access — partnering with employers and local farms/Community Supported Agriculture to truly bridge the gap between knowledge and nourishment.

As someone who believes deeply in prevention, movement, and empowering people to take ownership of their health, this model speaks to my heart. Food is foundational. When we support people not just with information — but with access — we change outcomes.

If you’re passionate about holistic health, community impact, or innovative care models, this is a conversation worth being in the room for.

Let’s keep shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive. 🌱

Sea days are the best days! And I don’t think I’ll ever forget this one:
- onboard the Disney Fantasy
- brunch at Palo with my love (hellllooooo, Chicken Parm)
- solo time on deck while the rest of the crew napped

Pure magic! ✨

If that sounds like your kind of day, message me to get started on a quote!
