Rare day that dad comes to my neck of the woods, had to make roasted chicken, with simple potatoes, carrots and onions, and the lazy Sunday gravy. An infamous staple of my childhood, my dad’s favorite 2 things are chicken, and pasta, so to keep it interesting today we revisited a lot of what makes me love food so much today. Love you pop!
