🌞 Summer Solstice Flow: Release & Receive
.
As this past Sunday was the longest day of the year; it invites us to pause, reflect, and create space for what’s next free of pressure or expectations. True introspection without competition.
.
Join us @_the.mvmnt for a special Yoga + Wine Down Wednesday as we honor the energy of the Summer Solstice through mindful movement, intentional breath, and community.
.
✨ Theme: Release & Receive
.
We’ll begin with an intention-setting ceremony, move through a soulful flow designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you, and close the evening with a glass of wine, meaningful conversation, and connection.
.
This isn’t just yoga.
It’s a chance to reset, realign, and receive everything this new season has to offer.
.
🌿 Doors Open || 6:45 PM
🧘🏾 Flow Begins || 7:00 PM
🍷 Wine Down || 8:00 PM
.
Wear something that makes you feel light, grounded, and open to new beginnings.

Bring a friend. Bring your journal. Most importantly, bring yourself.
.
✨ Release what weighs you down. Receive what you’ve been making space for.

🔥🏀🍷 KNICKS NATION, THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! 🍷🏀🔥
.
The Knicks brought the championship back to New York, so this week’s Wine Down Wednesday is dedicated to the city that never sleeps.
.
.
We’re flowing to an all-New York playlist all night long—from Hip Hop classics to NYC anthems that raised generations.
.
💙🧡 Rock your Knicks colors.
🖤 Or wear black if you’re still processing the outcome.
.
Either way, bring that energy to the mat.
.
We’ll move, breathe, celebrate, and toast to champions with a glass of wine and good company.
.
✨ Intentional movement.
🍷 Community vibes.
🎶 New York all day, always.
.
Doors Open: 6:45 PM
Class Begins: 7:00 PM
Wine Down: 8:00 PM
.
Tag your Knicks fans, your yoga crew, and your “I’ll come next week” friends.
.
If New York can wait 53 years for a championship, you can make it to yoga on a Wednesday. 😏🏆
.
SN: can we shout-out the GOAT @blackyoganerd @xpthesecondsun for this throwback vid of him teaching a door mobility focused rocket flow…..we miss moving with you @blackyoganerd 🫶🏾
